Ô bord de l'eau is an Italian cuisine restaurant that opened in early 2018 in Le Rœulx.
It was created to share with you our passion for refined Italian dishes.
In our restaurant, we only serve fresh products, selected for their taste qualities and delivered daily to guarantee their freshness.
All our products are prepared by our chef, who offers dishes typical of Italian haute cuisine. He sometimes revisits them or invents new combinations of flavours, to delight your taste buds.

Our meats
The menu at ô bord de l'eau, a restaurant serving refined Italian specialities, includes a selection of high-quality meats. It is deliberately limited to 3 or 4 meats, in order to offer you the freshest products, which are delivered to us several times a week. What's more, these meats have been carefully selected from all over the world for their exceptional flavours.
Our fish
Our restaurant, ô bord de l'eau, offers 3 or 4 varieties of fish. We have chosen quality, freshness and proximity over quantity. All the fish on the menu is caught that very morning in the North Sea. They are bought by our supplier on the way back to port and delivered to us the same day.

We created our restaurant, ô bord de l'eau, with the aim of sharing with you our passion for fine Italian cuisine, refined and full of flavour. Our chef will offer you typical Italian dishes.
